Can we please ask that customers ensure they turn up to the correct field at the correct time.
We have had some customers turning up at the wrong field at the wrong time and then making people who actually have the field booked to leave!!
Should there be any issues with your booking whilst at the field PLEASE Telephone at the time. I try very hard to answer calls when we are open but if I miss a call plse do leave a message and I will immediately return the call. Fidosfun are unable to refund should you decide to leave for some reason without calling.
If you are certain you are in the right field at the right time and have your booking confirmation I would suggest you do not leave and enjoy your field booking. I am always happy to help all customers if you have any issues.
